3. Construction agreements
Any construction, design or interior work is governed by the separate written agreement between you and Golden Homes Constructions. That agreement sets out the scope, specifications, payment schedule, timelines and warranty. If anything on this website conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement applies.
4. Warranty
Warranty terms described on this website, including structural and waterproofing warranties, are summaries. The exact coverage, conditions and exclusions are those stated in your agreement and warranty documents.

Project photos, 3D elevations and renders are for illustration. Your home will be built to your approved drawings and chosen specifications, which may differ from the images shown.
